Responsibilities
- Contribute to the operations of Ten Stories Restaurant and provide support to the team and managers across the assigned outlet.
- Ensure efficient, friendly and skilled service is provided to all guests, in house and external.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue.
- Execute excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards.
- Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate and deliver luxury service.
- Previous experience in a similar role is viewed favourably.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
- Barista experience and coffee making skills are highly desirable; shifts assigned to the coffee cart will be paid at the applicable Barista rate.
