You will help listen to, support, and learn from customers, applying insights to drive improvements across the Group.This role goes beyond merely resolving complaints and places you at the heart of the customer journey.
You will manage complaints under RG 271 and the Group's policies, capturing feedback to influence better products and smoother processes.
