Talent Acquisition Coordinator | 3-4 Month FTC | Up to $90K + Super

This is an opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition team of one of the world's fastest-growing consumer brands during one of its busiest hiring periods. You'll work alongside an exceptional TA leader, gaining exposure to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle while helping deliver high-volume hiring across Australia.

Initially offered as a 3-4 month fixed‑term contract, this role has genuine potential to become permanent for the right person.

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting end-to-end recruitment across multiple states
- Managing high-volume recruitment activity and seasonal hiring
- Approving job requisitions and publishing vacancies
- Preparing and generating offer letters
- Maintaining recruitment systems and ensuring process governance
- Coordinating interviews and large-scale assessment centres
- Sourcing talent and building candidate pipelines
- Training hiring managers on recruitment systems and processes
- Partnering closely with an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to keep recruitment moving at pace





We're looking for someone who:

- Has recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience (agency or internal)
- Is incredibly organised and detail-oriented
- Enjoys balancing administration with candidate engagement
- Can confidently juggle multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
- Wants to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition or HR

What's on offer:

- $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation
- 3-4 month fixed-term contract with solid potential for permanency
- Hybrid working (2-3 days in office, 2-3 days from home)
