Meta Recruitment is seeking a Program Coordinator to support a large transformation program in Sydney's North-West. The role blends core coordination—scheduling meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions, and preparing governance packs—with a robust emphasis on budget tracking and forecasting.
You will own project financials, manage actuals versus forecast, and drive issue resolution. The 12-month fixed-term contract is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home) and based in Sydney.
