We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sawyer / Aluminium Cutting Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Mansfield facility.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sawyer / Aluminium Cutting Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Mansfield facility.

About the Role

As our Sawyer, you will be responsible for accurately cutting aluminium extrusions and components to specification, ensuring production runs efficiently and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

- Operate double mitre and drop saws safely and efficiently.

- Read and interpret production orders and cutting lists.

- Measure and cut aluminium extrusions accurately.





- Perform quality checks on all cut material.

- Organise and label cut components for production.

- Maintain saws and equipment in good working order.

- Monitor stock levels and minimise material waste.

- Work closely with the manufacturing team to meet production deadlines.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience operating aluminium or timber saws preferred.

- Experience in window, door, security screen or aluminium fabrication highly regarded.

- Ability to accurately read measurements and drawings.

- High attention to detail.

- Strong work ethic and reliability.
