We are currently seeking an Business Service Support Officer (full time) to join our team in Chinchilla QLD.

You will be a key team member assisting staff and clients with various administration tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer and staff queries - in person, over the phone and via email.
- Phone and email inbox management
- Collating and submitting applications
- Problem solving issues for customers and staff
- Generating reports and data entry

The successful applicant will have the following skills:

- Strong communication skills - verbally and in writing
- Strong computer skills - we use a variety of software programs, your ability to learn these quickly we be an advantage.
- Desire to support the team
