Job Description
- SBA demand for TOM (Target Operating Model)
- Solid business analysiscapability (primary focus – 60-65%)
- Operating Model knowledge andexperience (Lead (as BA role with allocated Service) future‑stateprocess and operating model design, build and embed activities includingprocess mapping, workshops, accountability models (e.g. RASCI), andalignment to value chains or capabilities)
- Technical & data awareness(40%)- Act asa bridge between business intent and solution delivery, supportingtranslation of TOM requirements into solution‑level considerations
- Toolsand tracking through Visio, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint to name a few
