About the Role:

Our Rides Operators are a vital part of our Operations team and play a huge role in shaping the guest experience. Working closely with the Rides team and broader Operations crew, you'll be at the heart of the action - operating our incredible attractions while entertaining, educating, and engaging visitors from all over the world.

What You will Be Doing:

- Safely &efficiently; operating Scenic World rides in line with all operating procedures &compliance; requirements
- Delivering outstanding customer service &a; truly unique, world-class guest experience
- Ensuring guests feel safe, informed &comfortable; at all times
- Entertaining &educating; guests through commentary,



storytelling, and sharing your knowledge of the area
- Working collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be 18 years or older (as required by our internal ride operator policies)
- Have experience in a customer service role &a; genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations
- Be confident, friendly, and a robust communicator
- Be able to think on your feet in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Love the outdoors and working in a spectacular natural setting
- Be committed to completing ride training &being; part of the team long-term
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate, or be willing to obtain one
- Align with Scenic World’s values &positive; workplace culture
- Be able to retain and confidently share information with guests
- Experience speaking over a microphone is advantageous
