What's on Offer
Flat rate: $40.00 per hour
Minimum 10-hour paid days
Monday to Friday roster
Weekend work available (paid at the same flat hourly rate)
Up to $100 Safety & Quality Bonus per day worked

About the Role
As a Steel Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew to safely deliver residential scaffold installations and dismantles while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising a steel crew on site
Building and dismantling residential scaffolding
Ensuring all work complies with safety legislation, SWMS, and company procedures
Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and other trades
Completing required paperwork and site documentation
Recording daily hours worked
Reporting incidents, hazards, and damage immediately
Maintaining company equipment and vehicle (where applicable)
Performance Expectations
Successful crews are expected to achieve:
Minimum 2.5 tonnes per person per day on scaffold builds
Safety, quality, and compliance must never be compromised to achieve productivity targets.
Safety & Quality Bonus
Eligible employees can earn a $100 daily Safety & Quality Bonus by meeting company safety and quality standards, including:
Full PPE worn at all times
Compliance with SWMS
Site left clean and compliant
Documentation completed correctly and on time
Positive customer interactions
No reportable safety or quality breaches
About You
To be successful you will have:
Previous experience leading scaffold or steel crews
Current High Risk Scaffolding Licence
Construction White Card
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to workplace safety
Ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
Company Vehicle
A company vehicle may be provided (pending purchase) for work purposes. Minimal private use may be available in accordance with company policy.
