Lakeside Hotel & Conference Centre is seeking casual Chefs to join our growing Food and Beverage team. You will work under the Executive Chef to deliver kitchen operations across Lachlan’s Restaurant, Brew Café, and events & catering, with shifts varying to meet business needs, including holidays and weekends.
You should have strong food preparation skills, a proven track record in rapid-paced kitchens, and knowledge of HACCP and safety standards.
