The role includes attending local activities such as ballet and gymnastics, as well as engaging in outdoor play, park visits, beach time, and age-appropriate indoor activities.

Nanny Duties & Responsibilities




- Full care of children during working hours

- Supporting morning routines and settling the children into the day

- Attending local activities (ballet, gymnastics, parks, playgroups)

- Engaging in creative, active, and developmentally appropriate play

- Preparing snacks and meals for the children

- Supporting infant care routines as required

- Children’s laundry, tidying, and maintaining organised play areas

- Light household duties related to the children

- Assisting with school/pre-school transitions in the future

- Providing a calm, nurturing, and structured setting

- Maintaining open and clear communication with parents




The ideal candidate will have




- Minimum 3+ years professional nanny or childcare experience

- Experience with infants and toddlers (highly desirable)

- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current First Aid & CPR certification

- Current Police Check

- Warm, calm, and nurturing personality

- Active, outdoorsy, and engaging approach to childcare

- Strong communication skills and reliability

- Positive, respectful behaviour guidance approach

- Ability to build long-term trust and consistency with a family

- Driving licence preferred
