Position: Full time Head Spa Therapist

$30.00 per hour + Superannuation

4 weeks paid annual leave

Ongoing professional training

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver premium Korean Head Spa and scalp treatments
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised client care
- Perform professional scalp analysis and explain treatment recommendations
- Recommend suitable treatment packages and home care products based on each client’s needs
- Educate clients on how to use their home care products correctly to achieve the best possible results
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Maintain a clean, organised,



and professional clinic environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding client experiences

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provides outstanding customer service with genuine care and professionalism
- Confident in recommending treatment packages and home care solutions
- Accountable, reliable, honest, and punctual
- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Well-presented and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous beauty therapy,or head spa or massage experience is an advantage (full training provided)
