Our Ventia Graduate Program is designed to turn potential into performance. This tailored two-year program provides experience across diverse, projects through four structured one on one rotations. You'll gain hands on experience working on projects that deliver meaningful business outcomes. You'll develop practical data science and analytics skills, contribute to impactful initiatives, and build a strong foundation.

In just two years, you’ll gain access to tailored professional development, blending technical training and essential soft skills to rapid track your transition from university to industry. Supported by senior mentors and a dedicated graduate buddy, you'll be guided every step of the way as you gain real work experience and make a real impact across the communities and industries we serve.

By working alongside experienced professionals and fellow graduates, you'll build meaningful connections, learn from industry experts and contribute to shared outcomes that make a real difference.

Ventia has endless opportunities for graduates in the following disciplines:

- Bachelor of Business / Business Management
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Business Administration

To be eligible for the Ventia Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:

- Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028).
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.

Responsibilities

- Support business operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Conduct business analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver quality outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and accountable, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Curious and proactive problem-solver committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience in business or operational environments, including stakeholder engagement, administration, or process improvement, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated initiative through leadership, extracurricular activities, certifications, competitions, or personal projects.
