- 1.ProvideEnd-to-End Test Setting consultation throughout the Testing phases.
- 2.TestEnvironment Management Strategy creation along with Client Stakeholders.
- 3.Testenvironment landscape mapping; health-check setup and monitoring.
- 4.EnterpriseRelease coordination and tracking.
- 5.Triageand resolution support for Incident, Problem and Service Requests.
- 6.Extensiveexperience on one of the ITSM process and associated ticketing tools(ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
- 7.ITILcertification is preferred.
