We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our civil construction team. This role is ideal for a motivated qualified with a strong background in earthworks and civil estimating , who can confidently manage tenders from take-off through to submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and earthworks projects
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from plans and specifications
- Analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Prepare and submit competitive tenders within required timeframes
- Assess project risks and opportunities
