Anglo American is seeking a Production Supervisor for Capcoal Surface Operations in Middlemount, Queensland. You will lead a 20-strong crew, driving safe and efficient production within a large open-cut mining context.
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will coach and develop the team, coordinate personnel, equipment and schedules, and collaborate with other in office departments to meet targets and standards.
