We are seeking a full-time motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving sales growth and promoting our products and services.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Develop key accounts with the focus on achieving desired outcomes for the business and client
- Manage a diverse account of national and international clients within the complementary medicine industry
- Understand client needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products and solutions




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as assigned.

Skills and experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
