Honeybird Coffee Roastery Kitchen is a specialty coffee roastery and café in the heart of Mount Beauty, bringing an urban agriturismo vibe to Victoria's High Country. Combining exceptional coffee, seasonal food, genuine hospitality and a working roastery, we've created a unique destination where locals, adventurers and visitors come together over unforgettable coffee and great food. Honeybird Coffee operates it's Mount Beauty Roastery Kitchen with café service, brunch, bean sales, roastery experiences and a strong commitment to sustainability and specialty coffee.

We're looking for an experienced Front of House Café Lead to take ownership of the guest experience and lead our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and is passionate about creating memorable customer experiences.

You’ll oversee daily café operations, support and develop the team, ensure smooth service, maintain exceptional presentation standards,



and work closely with our kitchen and coffee teams to deliver consistently outstanding hospitality.
