Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing day-to-day leadership and support to a small psychology team

About you

You will be a warm, approachable and experienced psychologist who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.

To be considered, you will have:

- General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Strong clinical experience and sound professional judgement
- Experience supporting, mentoring or leading other clinicians
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A team-oriented and person-centred leadership style
- The ability to balance clinical responsibilities with team support
- A genuine alignment with the values of a non-profit organisation

Formal leadership experience is welcomed; however, experienced psychologists who have provided mentoring, supervision or informal team support are also encouraged to apply.

Board Approved Supervisor status is advantageous but not essential.

- A balanced combination of leadership and clinical responsibilities
- Support from an experienced multidisciplinary leadership team
- Ongoing professional development and career progression
