We're currently seeking a skilled Shop Fitter / Carpenter to join our growing team on a full time basis. This role also offers the opportunity to step into a working Site Foreman position, where you'll be responsible for running sites and coordinating trades to deliver high-end shop fit-outs.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in shopfitting/commercial carpentry
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in shopfitting, cabinetry, or commercial carpentry is required
- Proven ability to run a site and manage trades on-site
- Minimum 1-2 years of site management and trade coordination experience is required
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-end finishes
- Leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- White Card
- Driver's licence
- Full car licence is required for this position
