About the Role

The role will involve providing administrative and legal support to solicitors across a range of matters at our Drummoyne office, including:

- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, appointments and court dates
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties
- File management and document organisation
- Dictation and typing
- Managing emails and telephone enquiries
- Assisting partners, solicitors and support staff
- General administrative support as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality, with a good work ethic and qualified attitude




- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills that contribute positively to the office environment
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems such as Smokeball
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally with 3+ years' experience, is preferred. Full working rights in Australia are essential.
