This isn't a "maintain the ticket queue" role. You'll take the reins of our entire embedded codebase — shape it, push it forward, and architect what comes next. If you're the kind of engineer who gets a kick out of chasing a signal glitch down to the metal with a logic analyser in one hand and a scope in the other, you'll feel right at home.

What you bring:

- 10+ years in software engineering, with real scars from 32-bit ARM (STM32F3/4/7 a big plus)
- Fluent in C/C++ and C#
- FreeRTOS firmware chops
- Comfortable across TCP/IP, LWIP, Bluetooth, WiFi and USB — PC side and embedded side
- A debugger's instinct for UART/I2C/SPI, schematics, and PCB-level troubleshooting
- Git fluency
- IoT builds on AWS/Azure with 4G LTE CAT-1/CAT-M
- Python or MATLAB
