Christway College is seeking a Foundation Head of Campus to establish a current Christian school in Colac, opening January 2027. You will work with the Executive Principal to lead planning, recruitment and campus formation.
This pioneering role requires a mature Christian leader who can build a vibrant learning community, recruit and mentor staff, and foster partnerships with families and churches while ensuring academic excellence and strong wellbeing.
