S26 Mechanical Supervisor | FIFO 8/6 | $90/hr + Super | Rio Tinto Project

Lead Structural Welding Works on a Major WA Resources Project

We're seeking experienced S26 Mechanical Supervisors to join a leading contractor delivering a significant structural construction project on a Rio Tinto operation in the Pilbara.

This is an excellent prospect to secure long-term FIFO work through to February 2027, supervising structural welding activities associated with the construction of a large balance machine.

What's on Offer

- FIFO 8 days on / 6 days off roster
- 12.5-hour days
- $90.00 per hour + Super paid on all hours worked
- Flights provided (travel time not paid)
- Long-term project running through to February 2027
- Join an established contractor on a major resources project

The Role

You’ll be responsible for supervising mechanical and structural crews undertaking heavy structural welding and installation works,



ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while maintaining strong client relationships on site.

About You

To be successful, you’ll ideally have:

- Section 26 Mechanical Supervisor qualification
- Previous experience supervising structural steel or heavy mechanical construction works
- Strong background in structural welding projects
- Current Rio Tinto inductions highly regarded
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to lead crews in a fast-paced construction environment
