Utilise the suite of your Allied Health skills with this diverse, rewarding and innovative Occupational Rehabilitation position. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Assisting a varied caseload through conducting relevant assessments and providing return-to-work case management.
- Rolling out of a range of unique projects within government worksites such as wellness at work, injury prevention, early intervention and more
- Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
- Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.
- Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team
- Participating in team meetings, collaborative projects and more
- High-level reporting
Requirements:
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Exercise Physiology with Current AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA registration.
- Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
- Current driver’s license – you will be provided with a work vehicle.
- Experience within Occupational Rehabilitation is essential
