The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Family and Community Support Worker to join Sydney City Salvos. Based in Sydney, NSW, this 12-month maximum-term, full-time role focuses on supporting children and families through community programs that build connection, wellbeing, and resilience.

You will identify community needs, deliver trauma-informed support, connect families to services, maintain records, and contribute to protected, welcoming environments in line with No Wrong Door principles.
