Operating hours

- Before School Care: 6:30am - 8:30am
- After School Care: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as a Casual Introductory OSHC Educator.

This is a casual role, making it a wonderful opportunity for those seeking flexible work arrangements, including those returning to the workforce, studying, or balancing other commitments.

About the Role

As a Casual Introductory OSHC (Outside School Hours Care) Educator, you will play a meaningful role in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for school-aged children before and after school, as well as during vacation care programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate programs for school-aged children
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children and families
- Assist in supervising children during activities, meals, and transitions
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements




- Participate in team meetings and career development opportunities as required

What We Are Looking For

- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team
- A positive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Current or willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check (or state equivalent)
- Current or willingness to obtain a First Aid certificate
- A relevant qualification in childcare, education, or community services (or currently studying) is desirable but not essential
