Wizard Pharmacy Riverton is looking for a driven motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead our award winning team.

At Wizard patient centred care is our priority! We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist with a love of leading and mentoring team to achieve their best and someone who loves building relationships with the local community.

This role is ideal for an experienced Pharmacy Manager or a Pharmacist looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for a Pharmacist who is passionate about community Pharmacy and making a difference for their teams and patients.

About the role:

The role is full time.

The Pharmacist Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Pharmacy business and driving the team to achieve success. This includes Dispensary and retail operations, rostering, HR and financial management.

You will receive training and mentoring in the role. There is also lots of development opportunities and support provided by the Wizard Pharmacy Services team.

The store is busy and vibrant. We do 250-300 scripts per day and have an amazing team and a ROWA dispensing robot.

We have a very local and loyal customer base so you will have the opportunity to build some very rewarding lasting relationships and we work very closely with the Doctors surgery next door.

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)

Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA, is required

Able to vaccinate, provide UTI and OCP consultations

Strong and effective communication skills

Experience in leading and developing others

Thorough understanding of financial metrics and ability to develop successful business strategies

Demonstrable experience in management of a pharmacy, with problem solving and excellent customer service skills.

Goal Orientated

Possess strong work ethic and high level of professionalism

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
