What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Ability to provide high quality evidence-based clinical/ neuropsychology assessments, therapy,
and interventions to consumers admitted to MHAIS.
- Ability to work collaboratively with consumers and their families, carers and other service providers and other mental health teams/services within a strong recovery framework and in achieving identified consumer outcomes.
- Ability to provide clinical practice supervision to less experienced psychologists and students on postgraduate placement in accordance with the PsyBA guidelines.
- Investment to a service (including team and discipline) through identified contributions resulting in improved service provision, better consumer outcomes and discipline specific activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Postgraduate qualification and/or significant experience in Clinical Neuropsychology is required for this position.
