South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal health worker to provide culturally protected support to Aboriginal patients and their families at Liverpool Hospital's Eastern Campus.

You will help clients navigate services, advocate for social, emotional and cultural needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes. A genuine occupational requirement and NSW driver’s licence are required.
