As the Strategic IT Business Partner , you'll act as the trusted advisor between Salvos Stores and Information Technology, ensuring technology investments align with business priorities and organisational strategy.

You'll develop technology roadmaps, shape investment decisions, guide technology-enabled change and work closely with business leaders, architects, project teams and technology specialists to deliver meaningful outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery to ensure technology creates measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business priorities and translate them into clear technology strategies and roadmaps
- Shape and prioritise technology initiatives, balancing business value, risk, cost and delivery capacity
- Partner with architects, business analysts and delivery teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve reporting, data quality and business insights
- Support strong governance, risk management, privacy, cyber security and compliance across technology initiatives

About You:

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)




- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments; experience in retail, NFP or logistics will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Retail and eCommerce environments, with a strong understanding of omnichannel operations, POS platforms, supply chain integration, and digital customer experiences
- Proven success leading large-scale technology-enabled change and project delivery
- Experience contributing to technology investment planning, budgeting and financial forecasting
