Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 in Child & Family Health to lead advanced nursing care for children aged 0–5 and their families. The role includes health assessment, early intervention and family-centred support across clinic, home visit and community outreach settings.
The CNS2 will guide intake, triage and booking for CFH and FCC services, provide clinical leadership, and partner with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and care
