About the Role

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers, Technical Leads, and Implementation Specialists to join our client's technology team in Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, ServiceNow platform teams, solution architects, business analysts, project managers, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve IT service management, business processes, automation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and customise ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and platform functionality.
- Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, and Scheduled Jobs .
- Develop solutions using Flow Designer, Workflow, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog .




- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub .
- Work across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and Service Portal , depending on project requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom applications and scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Support CMDB implementation, data quality, configuration management, Discovery, and Service Mapping initiatives where required.
- Participate in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Develop technical documentation, solution designs, development specifications, and implementation documentation.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all development and configuration work follows ServiceNow best practices, security standards, governance, and coding guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams, vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow platform issues and integrations.
