About the position

This position leads the expansion and management of the Educational Pathways Program (EPP) in schools. The position is responsible for the management of: school-based and non-school based staff; program budget and evaluation; and adherence to reporting and governance requirements.



The position manages relationships with: EPP schools; members of the department’s Executive; EPP service delivery entities, and other key stakeholders.

Total Remuneration Package: $248,134. Package includes salary ($194,865 - $218,910), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
