What You’ll Be Doing Working within a fabrication environment, your responsibilities will include:
- Fabricating and welding pipework to project specifications
- Interpreting workshop drawings, layouts, and technical plans
- Assembling components and preparing materials for production
- Conducting dimensional and quality checks throughout the build process
- Ensuring finished products meet customer and industry standards
- Supporting workshop productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and productive work area
- Assisting team leaders with workflow requirements when needed
What We’re Looking For To be considered, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience in pipe fabrication, welding, or mechanical workshop environments
- Relevant trade qualifications or welding certifications
- Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Basic computer literacy for production and quality documentation
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-focused attitude
- Ability to perform physical workshop duties
