Vow in Sydney seeks an experienced Counsel/Senior Counsel to provide parental leave cover on a fixed-term contract from Oct 2026 to July 2027. You will support day‑to‑day legal across the business, handling commercial contracts, regulatory and IP work, with external counsel as needed.

The role requires 5+ PQE, Australian practising certificate, robust contract and stakeholder skills, and the ability to work across Commercial, Regulatory, People and Finance.
