Role Purpose
As the Fleet & Asset Coordinator within our Operations Department, you'll be responsible for managing our vehicle fleet and organizational assets to ensure flawless day-to-day execution across all support services. Your work will contribute to keeping our business running at an elite, audit-ready standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all company vehicles, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and compliant.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to optimize resource utilization and support service delivery needs.
- Manage fuel card systems, monitor usage, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Supervise the Junior Fleet Support Specialist in day-to-day fleet operations and maintenance tasks.

- Deployment-Based Infrastructure – You ensure the physical resources needed for rapid deployment and mobilization are available and reliable.
- Service Delivery & Participant Experience – Your management of vehicles and equipment enables staff to deliver reliable, on-time services to participants.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance – You maintain the compliance documentation and safety standards for all transportation and equipment resources.
- Experience in fleet management or asset coordination
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
