Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and skilled Care Partner - Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team in Kingsley on Permanent Part Time basis. If you are self-motivated and have experience in this field, we would love to hear from you!
This role will be doing group activities and one-on-one sessions with our residents. This role also assists our residents at mealtimes.
Shift Line
- Sunday: 09:30 – 16:00
- Monday: 09:30 – 16:00
Desired Skills and Experience
The Serious Stuff!
- Previous experience in aged care is essential
- Certificate III Allied Health Assistant or Leisure and Lifestyle is essential
- An understanding of dementia and mental health
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work in high‑pressure situations
- The skills to be adaptable to suit the needs of the residents
- A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia are essential for this role.
- Covid Vaccination and Current Flu Vaccine are essential for this role.
