As Hillbrook’s Outdoor Education Teacher, you will lead and co‑lead delivery of an Outdoor Education Program that provides students with diverse nature‑based opportunities through activity days and multi‑day camps. This is a defining feature of a Hillbrook education, and the person in this role is central to it.
You will build genuine, deep knowledge of the programme, our staff and our students, so that you can lead learning outcomes with confidence. The role calls for sound, timely decision‑making in dynamic and remote settings, backed fully by Hillbrook’s leadership.

About you
- You bring relevant qualifications in Outdoor Education, Education or Outdoor Leadership, with current technical certifications
- You have proven experience leading groups in remote and outdoor settings
- You are confident holding accountability and making autonomous decisions under pressure
- You meet uncertainty and stretch with composure, not hesitation
- You are genuinely committed to a team and to Hillbrook’s collegial culture.
