About the role

Senior Associate – Private Equity Real Estate (Asia Pacific) You will be a key market‑facing member of our leading Private Equity Real Estate team. The role involves working with global and regional sponsors, managers and investors on structured equity, credit and debt investment projects across the entire capital structure and across the Asia Pacific market.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide client‑facing support to the Private Equity Real Estate team, drafting and analysing legal documents for equity and debt transactions.
- Assist in the structuring and execution of equity‑style investments, joint ventures, funds, capital‑raising, partnership and credit arrangements for commercial real estate assets.
- Collaborate with specialist teams across the firm, including credit, partnership and investment teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and external advisors to deliver timely, commercially astute advice.
- Contribute to business development activities by identifying opportunities and adding value for clients.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in private equity, funds, financing or commercial real‑estate practice, ideally involving equity and debt structuring.
- Strong drafting, legal analysis and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.




- Positive, self‑aware and team-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a high‑performance, change‑able environment.
- Drive to grow and deepen expertise in real‑estate investment transaction structures across the capital structure.
- ‑ Ability to work well within a team and navigate a diverse, multidisciplinary firm.
