John Holland Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the Sydney Metro West site team. You will manage end-to-end commercial management of large subcontracts, lead procurement, tender analysis, and contract negotiations, and work with internal and external stakeholders.

You will mentor junior commercial staff, monitor risk, ensure compliance with building codes, and report on commercial performance to the Commercial Manager on a regular basis.
