The Harvey Norman Midland Technology & Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful you must:

- Ability to successfully match products to customers needs to achieve sales targets
- An open communicator with a positive can-do attitude
- Be highly motivated and results driven person, in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet increasing company expectations
- Sales and service focus
- Enjoy working in a team environment and proactively contribute to the achievement of the Harvey Norman Team Goals
- Proven sales experience – preferred

- Ability to work in a customer focused,



successful retail business and achieve agreed sales and profit targets through the sale of computer and related products
- Ability to provide maximum customer service while managing work tasks around their needs
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Accurately complete all paperwork and order stock if necessary.
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Communicate with company representatives and keep product knowledge up to date including in-store promotions
- Daily housekeeping duties including dusting, cleaning, unloading of stock, accurate ticketing and merchandise presentation
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
