My client is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on experience implementing and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module to join a major Rewards project.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (with project currently running until the end of December)

Location: Sydney

Must have

- Solid hands‑on experience implementing and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
- Experience configuring, testing and deploying Workday Advanced Compensation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and Core Compensation.
- Experience supporting UAT, deployment and post‑implementation activities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Nice to have





- Experience with other Workday functional modules.
- Previous experience working on Rewards or Compensation transformation projects.
- Workday certifications are highly regarded.
