In these roles, you will be responsible for:
- Operating production machinery and monitoring performance throughout the manufacturing process
- Loading materials into machines and ensuring continuous production flow
- Completing basic quality inspections and process checks
- Assisting with production changeovers and general factory duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Working closely with production teams to achieve daily output targets
