About the Role Lead Engineering to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across Greenbushes. Work closely with operations, maintenance and HSEQT to drive standards and support your people.

Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality
Set clear expectations: guide,
develop and recognise your team
Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers
Drive reliability and continuous improvement
