Assistant Night Manager - Rydges World Square

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver warm, professional service while efficiently checking guests in and out.
- Assist with night operations and deliver a warm, personalized welcome experience for guests.
- Step up to cover Night Manager days off, overseeing all night operations and ensuring safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
- Monitor and support the performance of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments overnight.
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain service standards and resolve operational issues.
- Complete accurate night audit tasks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in front office or night audit roles within a hotel environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process guest transactions and complete nightly audit reports.
- Confident using hotel systems for reservations, payments,



and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a guest‑first approach.
- Knowledge of hotel policies, WH&S; standards, and cashiering procedures.
- Ability to work independently overnight while leading and motivating teams across multiple departments during overnight shifts.
