This newly created Finance Business Partner position will work closely with senior operational leaders, providing financial insight, commercial analysis and strategic support to help guide business decisions. Reporting into an experienced Head of Finance, you'll become a trusted advisor to stakeholders while helping integrate newly acquired businesses into the wider group.

The Role
As the Finance Business Partner, you'll provide financial leadership across multiple business units, supporting operational performance while helping shape the commercial direction of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial financial support and challenge business performance.
- Deliver insightful management reporting, KPI analysis and financial performance commentary.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
- Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Support acquisition activity, including financial analysis, integration planning and performance reporting.
- Develop business cases to support strategic investment decisions.
- Work closely with operational teams to improve financial understanding and accountability.
- Assist with month-end reporting, variance analysis and board reporting.
- Build financial models to support pricing, investment decisions and growth initiatives.
- Drive process improvement and help establish scalable reporting frameworks as the Australian business continues to expand.
- Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.
About You
We're looking for an ambitious finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing commercial outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Senior Management Accounting role.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills with exposure to ERP systems.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a rapid‑paced, evolving business.
Highly Regarded
- Experience within a high‑growth or acquisitive organisation.
- Exposure to post‑acquisition integration or transformation projects.
- Experience partnering with operational and non‑finance stakeholders.
- Experience working within a multi‑site or international business.
