- Acting for top-tier lenders and sponsors on leveraged and other complex cross-border finance transactions
- Exposure to acquisition and leveraged financing, syndicated and bilateral financings, secured and unsecured
- Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents and related transaction documents

Requirements:

- Admission in Australia
- 4 + years’ PAE
- Broad general banking and finance experience
- Commercial awareness, strong judgment and a client service focus
- Team player with a professional presence
