We are looking for a polished, customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to join our Tory Burch boutique at Queen Victoria Building (QVB) . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in luxury retail, loves building genuine client relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador on the shop floor, creating memorable experiences and long-term relationships with clients. Your ability to understand customer needs, offer expert product advice, and build repeat business will be key to achieving sales goals and driving store success.





Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and recurring business
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through personalised, high-touch service
- Represent the Tory Burch brand in a positive, professional, and authentic manner
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and detailed product knowledge
- Ensure a consistently elevated customer experience aligned with luxury standards
- Support day-to-day store operations and collaborate closely with the leadership team
- Foster a positive, engaging, and ethical working workplace.

About You

- Proven experience in premium or luxury retail as a Sales or Senior Sales Associate
- Strong clienteling skills with a genuine passion for customer relationships
- Confident communicator with a polished and professional presence
- Results‑driven, proactive, and team‑oriented
- Passionate about fashion, accessories, and luxury lifestyle brands
