What You’ll Be Doing

- Part‑time role in‑office at Sippy Downs
- Working 5 days: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm
- Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover
- Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
- Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
- Perform toward sales and performance targets while building solid sales habits
- Work across systems including online quoting tools
- Receive regular coaching and feedback, building confidence and capability over time
- Work at the same pace as full‑timers
